Back in 2000, I was working in a corporate environment where I felt stressed and was suffering from stomach problems. On the same site, there was a small gym offering reflexology. I decided to try it for myself and was hooked. I couldn’t believe how relaxed and calm I felt even after my first treatment. After several treatments, I found that my stomach problems had eased and my stress levels were much lower. I decided then to learn more about reflexology so I could help other people to experience the benefits.
I qualified as a reflexologist in 2001 through the Cheryl Butler School in Brighton. This school was accredited by the Associations of Reflexologists, which was one
of the reasons that I chose it. I am now a full member of the Association of the Reflexologists.
I am working as an accredited and fully insured reflexologist and have been lucky enough to have worked in a variety of different environments over the last twenty years, such as health centre,
sports club, community centre, wellbeing events and a centre for people with disabilities.
Since 2015 I have providing reflexology at Banstead Village Clinic and I enjoy working in a team with other health care professionals.
